• Process purchase orders and requisition
• Co-ordinate purchases of all raw materials and equipment
• Source and evaluate suppliers' performance
• Negotiate contracts, keeping within budgetary requirements
• Formulate purchasing procedures, policies and documentation system
• Perform data entry for purchases and other administrative duties
• Liaise closely with Production Planning and Store to achieve stock availability at all times
• Any other tasks assigned by superior time to time

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
• Min 4 years experience in supplier management/procurement/Supplier Sourcing, Evaluation, Selection, Audit, Negotiation, Preparing Contract & Agreement, Change Control, Non-confirming Supplier Handling.
