Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily backlog specific for SST on New vendor introduction request and vendor data change.
- Positively support and solve the issue encountered in the onboarding activities with Supplier.
- Assess suppliers' documentation and information timely and in line with ST Policies to guarantee compliance.
- Support suppliers and internal stakeholders with the use of TPM onboarding processes and tools (Ariba).
- Ensure adherence to TPM guiding principles and processes in daily operations.
- Capable to understand and apply perfectly and strictly Company Policies and guidelines.
- Efficiency in activity management ensuring Cycle time expectations and compliance is required as well as positive attitude.
- Other additional support/activities may be requested on demand.
- Work in partnership within team of 5 (2 from Asia and 4 from Italy) and report to TPM onboarding leader in Singapore.
Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement Bachelors Degree
- English and Mandarin (Chinese language) - business fluent (Mandatory)

- Efficiency in activity management ensuring Cycle time expectations and compliance is required.
- Team player, able to interface with people across the organization.
- Knowledge in Risk management (financial, compliance and ethics, quality, sustainability, cybersecurity).
- A previous experience in Risk management or Purchasing organization would be a +.
- Microsoft package expertise (excel)
- SAP/ERP system knowledge
