The Logistics Department plays one of the most critical roles in managing part the assets in Cyrus. - Supervise daily warehouse activities and team members, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, inbound & outbound shipping and delivery arrangement

- Meet all the KPI targets regularly and analyze productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention

- Manage logistics for transporting items to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers to ensure efficient delivery of packages

-Comply with export regulations and deliver products to customers accurately

Requirements:

- Three or more years of experience in warehouse management, candiates with experience working in B2B chiller/cold room with 5 to 7 degrees will be highly preferred

- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English

- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff

- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal

- Work experience in a start-up is highly preferred.

- Possess high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
