Key responsibilities
- Create Purchase Orders in system
- Liaise with suppliers and internal staff for procurement and related matters
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, shipping documents and invoices
- Ensure purchasing documents are sent to Accounts team to process for payment
- Monitor stock level and place orders as required
- Coordinate with logistics team on incoming shipments
- To ensure proper filing of documentations
- To ensure that office supplies are constantly well-stocked
- Receiving and checking the items for purchase ordering
- Booking SFA Inspection for overseas import eggs
- Track Orders and update Procurement Schedule (Shipment Arrivals)
- Arrange courier
- Other ad hoc work as assigned
Requirements:
- ITE or Polytechnic or equivalent required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software, such as Navision or Business Central preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a farm based environment.
