Position: Store Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical receiving and quality check of incoming stock
• Ensure good and proper housekeeping of stock
• Perform periodic stock take
• Sales at retail storefront
• Assist in other ad-hoc operational dutiesRequirements:
• Physically fit and able to load and unload paint (<20KG per tin)
• Punctuality with good attendance
• Able to speak & write in English, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Able to start work immediately

Job Title:Procurement Assistant
Location: Tuas
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 7.45 AM-4.45 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain function for consumable products/ direct material inventories
• Responsible for sales order intake, planning of delivery schedule to ensure timely delivery & commitment to customers' requests.
• Prepare Procurement Plan base on on-going forecast and demand.
• Manage vendors to ensure timely delivery base on delivery or shipment plan.
• Source, negotiate and purchase material for project management.
• Responsible to compile and prepare sales & purchase data on a monthly basis.
• Point of contact for Project management/ Operation Support
• Assist in Automation Project such as Macro / Visual Basic / Python Programming write up
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business or Supply Chain Mgt or Logistic.
• Relevant experience in Procurement & Sales Order planning in a manufacturing environment
• Interested in Operation Improvement / transformation related task
• Possessed good IT knowledge
