• Position : Procurement Officer (Contract Tender)
• Location : Jurong Island-Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang/ Jurong East MRT station
• Working hours : Monday -Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3200 + Site Allowance + 1 month completion bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement + 2 days Family Day
• Duration : 1 year contract - convertible or renewable
• Industry : Power Generation

Main Responsibilities:

• Disseminate and enforce company policies and procurement procedures to user departments
• Assist Head of Section with procurement activities for new projects
• Manage and oversee purchase orders and contracts for all plants
• Ensure all purchases and contracts follow company procurement policies
• Collaborate with other departments on tender and contract activities
• Ensure proper contract execution and compliance with SOX requirements
• Follow up on contractual requirements and provisions with vendors
• Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances, and security deposits, sending reminders to departments
• Manage vendor master data in SAP MM and SAP B1 (vendor creation and qualification)
• Conduct vendor performance reviews annually and after contract completion
• Oversee tender sales

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• 2-3 years experiences in procurement, contract tendering and admin
• Willing to work in Jurong Island
