Job Introduction:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. You will ensure efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of products while achieving productivity targets and maintaining smooth warehouse processes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations in line with company policies
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance
• Optimize space utilization and ensure efficient layout
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling, and shipping regulations
• Liaise with clients, transport, and shipping companies
• Plan work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate results
• Monitor product expiry dates (FIFO) and conduct regular cycle counts
• Gather feedback and ensure quality of services provided

Job Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
• Expertise in warehouse management practices
• Ability to implement process improvements
• Strong knowledge of KPIs and warehouse software
• Leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Degree in logistics, supply chain, or business administration
• Experience with import cargo clearance procedures
