Job Description:

• Sourcing and Vendor Management:

1. Identify potential vendors and suppliers for M&E equipment (eg, Transformers, Cables, Switchgears, Electrical Panels, Lightings, circuit-breakers, etc).
2. Evaluate supplier capabilities, product quality, and pricing.
3. Negotiate contracts and establish favourable terms.
4. Creation of new vendors.
5. Perform Due Diligence checks on major/preferred vendors

• Purchase Order Processing:

1. Administer purchase requisition, quote and issuance of purchase orders.
2. Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery.
3. Coordinate with project teams to align procurement needs.
4. Maintain internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance

• Quality Assurance:

1. Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased M&E equipments.
2. Resolve any shortcomings or discrepancies promptly.

• Supplier Relations:

1. Maintain positive relationships with existing suppliers.
2. Address any issues or concerns related to deliveries, quality, or pricing.

• Cost Optimization:

1.  Work closely with the Cost Management and BD teams to optimize costs without compromising quality.
2.  Explore cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchases or alternative suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• Min 5 years in procurement within M&E / Construction sector.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with M&E equipment and industry standards.

Job Description:

• Responsible for sourcing the materials (ACMV), spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
• Involve in vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
• Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PO, etc.)
• Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, project, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
• Coordinates Inbound & Outbound shipments & deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive information on all purchases made and ensure that all purchasing records are updated and filed accordingly.
• Ensure stock level for all items in store
• Assist in maintaining the documentation and providing administrative assistance
• Manage office inventory (stationary, toiletries, pantry snacks)
• Enhance Purchasing Policy for the company

Requirements:

• Degree in business or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experienced in Construction field will be an advantage
