Senior Warehouse Executive / Assistant Manager
Working Location: Changi Airfreight centre
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm
Basic Salary: $3000-$5000

Responsibilities:
(Warehousing & Distribution)

• Manage Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution business for MNC Customer in Electronics & Electrical industry
• Oversees regional operations for Contract / Service Parts Logistics across Asia Pacific and Japan
• Main point of contact for MNC Customer’s Regional Operation team based in Singapore
• Co-ordinate with Internal country logistics teams in South Asia & Oceania (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and others) and Japan on day-to-day operations matters and service performances
• Attend and lead external & internal meetings on Business Performances matters and Operational Excellence initiatives
• Project implementation and support Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse operation by using WMS, TMS and other tools
• Build good relationships and foster strong rapports with MNC customer & Internal stakeholders
• Work on logistics solutions with Internal country logistics teams to increase work efficiency & productivity of Contract / Service Parts Logistics warehouse and distribution programs for MNC Customer
• Assist department head in analysing reports to formulate business strategies
• Support regional opportunities to expand business share of MNC Customer

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Warehousing & Distribution (Service Parts Logistics background will be an added advantage)
• Computer Literate (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic WMS, TMS system knowledge and usage (AS400, CargoWise system background will be an added advantage)

Job

• To ensure all the purchase order complies with procurement procedures and policies.
• Handling multiple clusters / project sites office from sourcing requirements till generating of POs.
• Evaluate and recommending the most suitable goods and services in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance improvements through business reviews and supplier’s performance evaluations for continuous improvement and delivery of new value- add.
• Establish and maintain list of approved vendors including item / services database.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Participate and facilitate in vendors evaluation and qualifications.
• As-and –when required, assignment of any ad-hoc procurement duties / projects.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent with minimum 3 years of procurement working experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and e-Procurement system.
