Job description:
- Receive raw material and indirect material from suppliers.
- Process all documentation for receiving of direct and indirect materials.
- Prepare and ensure readiness of all documentation for shipment of cargoes.
- Liaising with Planning Logistics Team on shipment arrangement.
- Coordinating with Warehouse team on shipment readiness.
- Preparing necessary shipment documents e.g. Property Release Note.
- Performing check on physical & documentation of shipment to ensure all in order.
- Checking incoming material PO in SAP and receiving incoming material into WMS.
- Any other duties as assigned by Superior.
Job Requirements:
- Min O level and above in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management
- Min 1 - 2 years relevant experience
- Those with no experience but with the relevant qualification are welcome to apply.
