- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical systems to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain records of electrical repairs, maintenance logs and inspection reports.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store employees.
- Create work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels.

- Monitor, analyze and implement strategies for improvement.
- Oversee inventory control, including stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock checks and ensure accuracy of inventory records.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and other key metrics.
- Ensure the store complies with company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure store adherence.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and fraud.
