Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing and procurement of project materials/equipment, equipment rental, other services required by projects at the most competitive price and acceptable quality with minimum risk in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Terms & price negotiation with suppliers
• Coordinate with user projects/departments and vendors
• Downloading reports from company system and summarize historical purchased data
• Formulating term contracts (services)
• Work well under pressure and able to work independently
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the procurement of material/equipment and services
• PC literate & proficient in MS Office application
• Experience in the construction industry would be an added advantage but not necessary
• Only Singaporean

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and put away to storage locations
• Replying emails
• Picking and packing customer orders for despatch and / or shipping tasks
• Perform additional value-added services on customer ordered goods
• Requirements to follow the proper component handling procedures
• Move stocks around either by provided trolleys and / or hand-pallet jacks
• Carry out inventory cycle count as and when required to
• Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min 1 year relevant experience
