Key Responsibilities:

Storekeeping Duties:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and supplies.
• Organize and store items in designated locations to ensure efficient retrieval.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock checks.
• Issue items to staff based on requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments when needed.

General Worker Duties:

• Customer Services: Assist guests, address inquiries/issues.
• Machine management: Troubleshoot errors, ensure minimal disruption.
• Claw machine: Organise and restock prizes
• Cleaning: Regularly clean and sanitise machines/areas
• Prize Redemption: Assist guests with prize redemption, ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or service staff is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems or willingness to learn.
• Physically fit to managing and moving of goods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic computer skills for inventory recording and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift/reach truck to move, load, unload, and stack materials or products.
• Loading & Unloading of the inventory/goods
• Follow safety procedures and regulations.
• Picking, packing and scanning of outbound stock as per picking and purchase order.
• Assist in stock count when required.
• Assist in the transfers / returns of outgoing stocks.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping to ensure tidiness and cleanliness.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Physically fit, no experience needed.
• Candidate with relevant experience is welcome to apply.
• Forklift license license is added advantage.
