Position: Beauty Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide professional and friendly customer service, understand customers' beauty needs and preferences, and offer accurate and suitable product recommendations and beauty advice.
2. Be proficient in product knowledge, including the features, functions, and usage methods of various cosmetics and skincare products, and be able to conduct detailed product introductions and demonstrations.
3. Ensure the display and layout of beauty products in the store are neat, orderly, and attractive, and replenish and restock products in a timely manner according to sales situations.
4. Actively promote new products and special offers, increase product sales and customer purchase rates through effective marketing and sales techniques.
5. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and patiently, and strive to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Cooperate with team members to complete daily store operation tasks, such as inventory management, cashier work, and store cleaning and tidying.

Job Requirements:

1. Passionate about the beauty and retail industries, with a strong interest in cosmetics and skincare products.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with customers and team members.
3. Have basic knowledge of cosmetics and skincare, or be willing to receive systematic training and learning.
4. Good team spirit and cooperation ability, able to work under pressure and complete tasks with high quality and efficiency.
5. Fluent in English, with at least basic communication skills to serve international customers.
6. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Working Hours and Benefits:

• Working Hours: 5 days work week, including weekdays and weekend. 9 hours (inlcluding 1 hour meal break between 10am-10pm)

• Overseeing shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the warehouse and creating shipment schedules
• Monitoring inventory levels using software programs and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high
• Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s safety standard
• Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check the quantity
• Overseeing teams and staff, assigning staff schedules, organising employee training and developing teamwork initiatives
• Communicating with clients, suppliers and vendors by email or phone to coordinate equipment needs and schedule
