• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

• Oversee and ensure efficiency of day to day operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate team of retail staff to achieve sales targets, with high standard of performance, good team work, effective communication, consistent positive result, continuous improvement and with excellent customer.
• Ensure that cash takings are banked in daily and cash control procedures are adhered to.

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the assigned store.
• Oversee a team of junior managers.
• Responsible for leading team members to achieve sales objectives, service excellence, and operational compliance.
