Key Responsibility:

- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems.

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing picklist and delivery order

- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

- Perform data entry tasks, including updating stock levels, order details, and inventory adjustments.

- Assist with inventory audits, stocktaking, and cycle counts.

- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and correspondence.

- Support the Warehouse Manager and Inventory Planner in generating reports on inventory levels, order status, and other metrics.

Job Requirements

- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse administration role or similar environment.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with warehouse management software (e.g., SAP).

- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with warehouse processes is a must.

-Willing to work 5.5 days per week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create processes and tracks purchase orders.
• Preparing purchase order, stock issue etc.
• Maintains records of orders and inventory and follows up with vendors on shipment and delivery.
• Ensure the purchase made is accurately match with the material requested by the project team
• Material sourcing and negotiate with supplier to get the best deal.
• Filing of documents
• Performs administrative and office support activities. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing of documents
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Description

• Data entry for inventory
• Ensure all warehouse documents are all in order and filed neatly
• Monitor stock shelf life and stock level
• Maintain accurate inventory levels
• Conduct regular stock take and report any discrepancies
• Ensure all daily incoming and outgoing items are properly documented
• Update inventory records from 3rd party warehouse
• Prepare cycle count and stock take report
• Prepare picking & packing list for deliveries
• Assist in loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Maintain good housekeeping
• Any other duties assigned by immediate superior or the Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
• Knowledge on storage planning will be advantageous
• Individuals with valid forklift license will be preferred
• Males preferred as may need to carry and move the stock around
• 5.5 work days
• Able to work overtime
• Monthly Gross = Basic Salary + Over Time Pay
