- Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and suppliers to ensure optimal procurement terms and performance.
- Assist in creating and implementing sourcing strategies for IT products and services to meet organizational needs.
- Support negotiations of contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in IT procurement.
- Oversee the creation, tracking, and management of purchase orders for IT equipment and services.
- Assist in managing the IT procurement budget, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to understand their procurement needs and align strategies.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university in Singapore
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing for IT services and equipment.
