Key responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in the procurement process.

- Leading and inspiring the procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Identifying and nurturing talent within the procurement team.
- Overseeing the implementation and management of procurement software and digital tools.
- Leading initiatives to modernize procurement systems.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
· Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
· Minimum Degree Equivalent Qualification; or Equivalent professional procurement experience.
· Strong project and time management skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work well with multiple competing priorities.
· Superior customer service and relationship-building skills.
· Proactive in pursuing learning and development.
