• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant/Operations Assistant
• Working Location: Sembawang
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Friday, Saturday 0.5 day)
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Full Time/ Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure that there’s no discrepancy for the asset and consumable
• Prepack upcoming events equipment according to the event order and make sure that all is in order before handing it over to staff going for the event
• Report discrepancies to the superior and follow up on the action taken
• Assist in running the event together with the superior
• Record and submit the inventory report to the superior on a weekly basis.
• Ad hoc duties given by the superior

Job Description:

- Carry out materials handling works as assigned

- Support production by providing adequate materials for operators & checkers

- Recording of necessary data on required lists

- Housekeeping of work stations

- Report quality problems to immediate superior timely

- Recommend quality improvement measures to immediate superior

- Other ad-hoc duties
