Responsibilities:

• Manage the inbound and return processes, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments and returns.
• Ensure accurate data entry and inventory management in the warehouse management system (i.e. SAP).
• Supervise and train warehouse staff on inbound and returns procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to optimize warehouse space and improve workflow efficiency.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound and return processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

• 3yr experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinating role.
• Higher Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse management systems.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software (i.e. SAP).
• Work alternate Saturday.

Sr. Warehouse Coordinator

As a Senior Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible to perform warehouse related activities including loading and unloading of materials, sampling of incoming materials, inspection and verification of goods from suppliers and production, issuance of raw materials to production, inventory record maintenance and orders preparation for shipment. You will be required to attend to internal and external audits and report directly to Warehouse Manager, Scent & Care.

The Position:

• Transfer raw materials from warehouse to production floor to support and meet daily production schedules upon receiving requests.
• Inspection and verification of raw materials received from suppliers in alignment with goods receipt in SAP system.
• Perform sampling of materials for further verification.
• Label and transfer finished goods in preparation for shipment.
• All work activities to be carried out in the warehouse must conform to standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Unload, inspect, verify and repalletize pallets of materials and put away to designated area for proper storage.
• Participate in inventory cycle count and stock take
• Compliance to corporate management systems, Symrise workplace safety and health management system and local regulations
• Involve in internal and external audits

The Ideal Candidate:

• Min. Diploma with at least 1 year of working experience in relevant industry
• Possess a valid forklift licence
• Able to lift heavy load up to 25kg and withstand strong smelling environment
• Proficient in SAP
• Willingness to work on shifts and overtime when required
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
• A strong team player, independent and meticulous

We have an opportunity for a talented Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our company and become a member of Department of Operations Planning & SCM in Singapore.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Contribute to sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers for renewable hybrid power plants components to meet project/business needs.

· Preparation of purchase orders and liaising with suppliers for order enquiry and delivery schedule monitoring.

· Work closely with the suppliers and the Finance Department on the Account Payable to ensure smooth purchase and delivery.

· Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment and delivery arrangement and active monitoring of shipment status to ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain and update contractor/supplier/forwarder information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc., and updating of approved vendor list.

Competences & Capabilities

The candidate would possess the following capabilities and qualifications:

· Minimum of NITEC or Diploma in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management;

· Entry-Level or at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field will be an advantage;

· A disciplined sense of accuracy;

· Ability to multi-task and deal with tight timelines and deadlines (“No Time To Die”);

· Understands the value of self-learning and teamwork in delivering results in a fast paced & dynamic environment;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint);

Location

The position is located at the WEnergy Global Headquarters in Singapore (depending on the selected candidate’s preference, it is also possible to be stationed in the Philippines or Indonesia). Job Description

• Arrangement of Inward and outward logistic with freight forwarders.
• Prepare commercial invoice, packing list, tax invoices, delivery orders and general documentation.
• Keep track & notify respective personal for stock arrival.
• Ensure accurate stocks received.
• Update of inventory listing (for demo & sales/service delivery orders).
• Maintain inventory storage in proper locations.
• Perform monthly stock take.
• Planning and keep track of logistical movement to ensure smooth delivery.
• Investigate and resolve deliveries that are late or have discrepancies.
• Perform administrative and office support activities.
• Handle incoming calls and receive guest.
• Other general ad-hoc task where required.
