Key responsibilities include:

• Provide daily operational support to the Shipping Executive and ensuring smooth daily operation flow/processes
• Prepare export shipping documentation, including customs permits, certificates of origin, cargo insurance and legalization of shipping documents
• Manage customer sample requests and coordinate order fulfillment for finished goods across internal and external warehouses
• Handle email communications with suppliers, customers and overseas agents regarding inbound and outbound shipments
• Arrange inspections with relevant government authorities or surveyors as part of shipping documentation preparation

About you:

• Minimum O-level or N-level education with proficiency in written and verbal English communication
• Prior experience in warehouse operations or shipping-related tasks is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP software applications is an advantage

Requirements:

• Min ‘N’/'O' Level, ITE holder
• At least 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics
• A positive working attitude, responsible, accurate and able to work under pressure
• Able to commit Mon-Fri, Saturday half day only when required.
• Able to work late if required
• Forklift license is a must
• Prefer Singaporean/SPR/work permit
