• Position Title: Warehouse Supervisor
• Working Location: Gul Way
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm)
• Salary: Basic salary Up to $3,300 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain stock record in system, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Conform to company’s policies and guidelines
• Supervise and oversee shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment

• A minimum of ITE or a Diploma in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years of experience in a warehouse role, with a background in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills, with prior experience in an ERP system (SAP highly preferred).
• Candidate with Forklift license is preferred.

Job Scope

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse space, ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and managing a team of warehouse staff.

Job Responsibilities

Team Leadership

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve daily operational goals.

Provide guidance and training to ensure that team members perform their duties effectively.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Inventory Management

Oversee the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of goods in the warehouse.

Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Conduct regular stock checks and monthly, year end cycle counts.

Operational Efficiency

Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize workflow.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Quality Assurance

Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues related to product quality or storage conditions.

Order Fulfillment

Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders in a timely manner.

Ensure logistics on-time deliveries and minimize order fulfillment errors.

Qualifications

1) Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.

2) Valid Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.

3) Able to speak English and Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.

4) Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.

5) Adaptable, self-driven, team player, with well-organized and hands-on person.

6) Proficient on computer skills.
