Key Accountabilities:

• Market Data usage and contracts renewal review.
• Negotiation with vendors on contractual terms and fees
• Relationship management with vendors for contractual aspects and follow-up.
• Stakeholders and Vendor management.

Experience Qualificaitons:

• Ability to deal with business stakeholders.
• Data management experience and understanding of data management frameworks are strong added values.
• Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work collaboratively as part of a small team.
• Experience in large financial services institutions
• Knowledge of Market Data vendor services/ products and contractual aspects.

Job Description

• To ensure safe and proper handling of goods, including proper storage and based on FIFO principle.
• Ensure proper storage of goods and maintain good housekeeping.
• Ensure warehouse activities are carried out efficiently and comply with safety standard and guidelines.
• To operate forklift as per industrial safety standard when receiving, storing, relocating and retrieving cargo to / from warehouse.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 of working experience in similar capacity.
• Experience with forklift is advantageous.
• Must be physically fit and strong as the job requires carrying of stocks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently if required with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Tuas area.
• 5 Day Work Week. Able to work on Weekend & Public Holiday if needed.
