Job Description

• Perform warehouse duty of inbound, outbound activities
• Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and issuing.
• Communication and coordination with customers on day to day basis on inbound and outbound shipment.
• Administration of WMS, stock take & cycle count activities.
• Housekeeping of warehouse area, Safe warehouse practices and security.
• Any other duties as assign from time to time

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Min 'O' Level
• 1 years of experience with some customer communication experience
• Computer literacy,
• Operate Reach Truck. Forklift license will be an advantage
• Microsoft office, Email, WMS

Job Scope:

• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing duties including inventory planning, sourcing, comparing and negotiating prices with suppliers, inventory analysis and planning, load stock orders and tracking delivery dates, processing of purchase documents and incoming goods
• Provide sales and purchasing support in terms of keying sales orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring paperwork is filed properly.
• Prepare monthly financial and operations reports and analysis.
• Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries and overseas shipments.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
• Ad hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient with MS Office application and use of accounting software
• Good sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Work under stress and tight deadlines
