Our client is a leading communication systems integrator and network systems provider. They’re now looking for an Operations Manager to lead their warehouse operations.

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including but not limited to receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize space utilization and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, such as stock replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of outgoing orders.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and other external partners as needed.
job requirement
- Diploma in Engineering/logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a warehouse management or operations leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Able to work independently
