About the role:
1. Odoo System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.
- Customize and develop modules to meet the specific needs of the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Manage system upgrades & improvement, patches, and security updates.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity.
- Ensure Procurement data integrates to additional tools (spend analytics, savings tracking, suppler risk management) and accuracy across systems is maintained.
- Manage coding and category taxonomy/structure.
2. P2P Process Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve the Procure-to-Pay process.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain P2P workflows within the Odoo system.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
3. User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo and the P2P system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
4. Reporting and Analytics:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for P2P performance and KPI tracking.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and procedures.
6. Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for system enhancements and support.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in configuring and administering Odoo ERP systems for at least 3 to 5 years.
- If Odoo system experience is a challenge, prior experience in iValua and SAP system management is an added advantage
- Incumbent must be willing to travel across SEA countries to support the implementation of the system
- Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Vendor management experience is a plus.
