This is a 12-month contract role based onsite in Singapore.
The CX Operations Specialist will partner with our Community Experience (CX) team to support budget management, financial tracking, contract navigation and the end-to-end procurement process. They will report to the Global CX Operations Manager and work closely with internal and external partners to complete each process.
Responsibilities:
- On behalf of the CX team, proactively drive the end-to-end procurement process; monthly regional meetings to understand procurement needs e.g. onboarding new suppliers, contract requests, creation of purchase requisitions (PR’s), Third Party Agreements (TPA’s) and assisting with all other buy@ processes.
- Review and triage PRs to ensure the purchase complies with policies, and to ensure speed and efficiency.
- Process PRs efficiently to reduce holds and positively impact payment cycles from initiation to payment completion.
- Communicate and support suppliers with PO queries as they arise.
- On hand to troubleshoot CX procurement issues as they arise.
- Monitor and track regional spend v budget and issue monthly progress reports
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key internal business partners to share best practices and understand and challenge business decisions
- Develop and maintain accurate and complete documentation for operational processes
- Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned
- Support events delivery model (25% of time)
- Act as procurement subject matter expert to identify, develop and deploy best practice procurement, category management, and supplier management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Procurement Process Operations and/or Source to Pay experience
- End-to-end project/event management (corporate/site-level) from planning to execution
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or other related field
- Experience in planning, sourcing, and supplier management
- Ability to create budget tracking for new teams and workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals across a diverse community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in improving supply chain and supplier performance processes
- Use of forecasting tools, budget tools and creation of planning documents
- Knowledge of social media platforms and procedures as its related to supplier management
