• Assist the Manager in streamlining logistics and inventory management activities.
• Engage in data analysis related to inventory planning and fulfill the execution of strategies and solutions.
• Offer support in achieving inventory targets and serve as a backup for the Parts Coordinator.
• Develop improvements for logistics procedures and performance metrics.
• Establish procedural guidelines for inventory tasks and drive continuous operational enhancements.
• Identify potential issues within Parts operations and propose actionable solutions.
• Handle document control for audit trails and generate reports for statistical analysis and management review.
• Administer workflow procedures and support quality initiatives for Parts services.
• Engage in materials handling strategies, including forecasting and inventory control.
• Actively participate in stock inventory counts and audits.
• Report and coordinate Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) incidents, activities, and compliance with related requirements.
• Contribute to the enhancement of safety and health in the workplace through risk assessments and the implementation of recommended standards of operation.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to identify the need, follow through product’s requirement and specifications at the right quality.

• Additional responsibilities and job scope to be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years working experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (including power engineering)
• Knowledge of computer software application. E.g. word, excel.
• Knowledge in Harsh Environment and TSI.
• Able to handle General Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on, positive work attitude.
