Job Description
Manage full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation, negotiation, document filing and following up on the delivery schedules, etc).
Ensure sufficiency of stock by monitoring and replenishment to fulfil requisition of the respective staff, and job sites.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods, receiving, issuing and distribution to respective staff, or job sites.
Maintain records of purchases, quantity, pricing, and other important data.
Perform other required duties / general administration work or task when assigned.
Compile requests for materials, prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies, and handle inquiries about orders.
Buying supplies and materials directly from suppliers / vendors
Inventory monitoring
Job Requirement
Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good communication skills. Purchasing clerk required to liaise with Chinese suppliers. Knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
Able to multitask and hardworking.
• Experience in the construction industry required.
