Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing equipment, parts, and supplies.
• Process purchasing orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate parties.
• Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.
• Work closely with the receiving department to ensure proper goods are received and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate procurement records, including details of orders, invoices, and documentation for inventory audits.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Purchasing Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with the procurement of goods and services for our organization while ensuring that we comply with all relevant company policies and procedures. • For some of our brands, you have to manage the entire process in the planning of procurement, supply chain activities and inventory control
• Prepare Purchase Orders and facilitate customs clearance and all necessary arrangements for smooth inventory replenishment
