Job Responsibilities

• Build, motivate and manage the team, define and build the necessary structure.
• Establish plans and allocate the daily tasks to team members.
• Manage, train and motivate the team.
• Motivate and improve the service level according to company directives by continuously evaluating the quality of service/messages and give individual feedback to the team of store staff.
• Train and coach the store staff to respond in a manner that corresponds to company directives.
• Organize and optimize the smooth running of the store in accordance with the service directives.
• Anticipate the requirements for each area of activity and ensure continually adequate stocks, place orders, check the deliveries.
• Define the optimal delivery plan (frequency/cost/product availability) and optimize the stock holding areas.
• Interface with Management and other departments; Establish annual sales and work level forecasts and provide necessary info/reporting to management or other departments as required.

Procurement Manager & Sales Support Specialist

Job Description:

1. Execute purchase orders and contracts, and implement purchase procedures
2. Strong knowledge and skills price negotiation, planning and order process
3. Implement and improve the cost reduction and control plan
4. Develop, assess, and manage suppliers, and maintain their relationships
5. Fill in the relevant procurement form, and prepare the procurement analysis (supplier market dynamics and risks etc) and summary report
6. Familiar with raw materials procurement in flavour or food ingredient industry
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
8. Prepare in-depth analysis in support of sourcing strategy development

Requirement

1. Degree in international trade, fine chemistry or related fields
2. 3 years + of experience in raw material procurement (chemical/flavour/food ingredient) and foreign trade related work, familiar with general custom clearance procedures
3. Experience and knowledge in strategic buying
4. Familiar with the import and export operation process, and the policies of the customs inspection
5. Must be familiar with import operations such as bonded warehouse and general trade procedure
6. Work proactively & open minded and willing to learn new skill set
7. Good communication skill to persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Identify training gaps for yearly training plans in compliance with the company objectives.
• Develop, implement and organize training activities in accordance with the policies and training programs of the company.
• Identify and utilize training assessment tools and provide training plans.
• Provide support to the team and improve overall employee capability and productivity.
• Conduct training program for employees, both internal and external resources.
• Write training reports for evaluation.
• Conduct research on market trends.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE Certified will be ideal
• With 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably from retail/ fashion retail industry
