Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator (ID4640)
Location: Tuas
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am-5.30pm.
Salary: $2500-$3500

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes.

Your Main Job Responsibilities:
• Promptly handle customer enquiries
• Inform all discrepancies to respective customer via email
• Perform administrative support for order processing, fulfilment and deliveries
• Assist the supervisor in the issuance of delivery notes and ensure proper documentations and record
• Coordinate with import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentations and invoicing
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ensure compliance with customers’ Standard Operating Procedures
• Maintain stock accuracy through conducting regular cycle counts and annual stock take
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse processes

Your Professional Background:
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse coordination role, preferable within a 3PL environment
• Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good team player and independent worker who requires minimal supervision
• Self-confident and self-motivated
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
• Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with customers
• Possess forklift licence is an added advantage

Position: Procurement Coordinator/Executive

Role Duties:

• Work closely with operations department to handle materials delivery.
• Coordinating with Suppliers and Operations and Finance in purchasing process and procedures.
• Prepare Price Comparison Reports.
• Generate Purchase Orders.
• Do assessment of vendor performance evaluation.
• Provide mentorship and training to fellow employees.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels with at least 5 years relevant experience.
• Related certificates in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain will be advantageous.
• Experience in landscaping industry.
• Some knowledge in shipping practice such as import and export documentation i.e. packing list, Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, permit declaration and other relevant documents, Import Clearance and terms like FOB, CIF and etc.
• Excellent business network and supplier contacts from landscaping and construction industry is highly desirable.
• Good command of both spoken and written English, similar grasp of Mandarin would be advantageous as the applicant will have to deal with Chinese speaking suppliers.
• A good team player able to interact with people from all levels.
• An independent individual who works well under pressure.
