Responsibilities:
Manage the inbound and return processes, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments and returns.
Ensure accurate data entry and inventory management in the warehouse management system (i.e. SAP).
Supervise and train warehouse staff on inbound and returns procedures, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to optimize warehouse space and improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound and return processes.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications:
3yr experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a coordinating role.
Higher Nitec in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse management systems.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and WMS software (i.e. SAP).
Work alternate Saturday.
