Responsibilities:
Purchasing
Issue Purchase Order to vendors
Support Sales person For Sourcing, Pricing and co ordinate Delivery of items.
Order Processing-
Prepare and process customer order . Issue Job sheet , work order, FA.
Create Delivery Order and invoice
Follow up on customer order with production and QC daily.
Follow up on instruction from sales staff.
Ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least an O level certificate..
At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Bilingual in languages to handle queries from customers.
Able to multitask, work independently and under pressure.
PC literate and proficiency in MS Office
A team player with good interpersonal communication skills
