Job Description

· Take charge in organize and maintaining of warehouse containing products such as: Sweets, chocolates, chips etc.

· Handle day to day operations together with store assistants to manage loading/unloading of goods, stock taking & replenishment

· Maintain warehouse machineries & follow up on equipment servicing

· Ensure warehouse operations follow government agencies standards (MOM, SFA, SCDF)

Job Scope

· Re-stock and replenish the store when supply runs low

· Manage warehouse goods expiry dates

· Report to office when goods supply runs low

· Stock picking and stock checking

· Manage loading and unloading of goods in and out of warehouse

· Operate stacker & electronic pallet jack

· Able to handle moderately heavy goods (up to 20kg)

· Ensure equipment and machinery maintenance & servicing up to date

· Assist with basic repair of warehouse equipment (trolleys, etc.)

· Motivated and responsible individuals who are accountable

· Able to speak and read basic English or Mandarin for stock picking

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.20pm

Sat: 8.00am - 12pm (Alternate Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

Administration

1. Act as an administrator supporting Management
2. Close collaboration with Global Commodity Managers (GCM) and provide full support on pricing administration, including some level of annual pricing negotiation preparation work
3. Act as main interface to suppliers on periodic Request For Quotation (RFQ) by internal teams
4. Perform timely contract price alignment and communication with internal teams (Procurement & Contract Manufacturers team)
5. Responsible to assist GCMs in updating Contract Pricing timely in database

Supplier Management

1. Maintain real-time the Globally Managed Suppliers Matrix
2. Act as primary contact for Global Commodity Management on Lower Level Materials (LLM) & Assurance Of Supply (AOS) escalation
3. Assist GCMs to trigger initial communication email and ensure close follow-up with Globally Managed Suppliers on AOS escalations
4. Assist GCMs in soliciting Business Continuity Plan (BCP) survey completion by Suppliers, including performing the BCP scoring upon receiving the completed survey template
5. Work with GCMs on TQRDC activities related to Suppliers and internal team members survey completion
6. Able to participate in Suppliers Benchmarking exercise, performs verification & assist in issue resolution, including necessary recommendation

Centralized Role

1. Act as Administrator for shared platform within Global Commodity Management team
2. Provide real-time update & help to maintain all centralized information in shared platform
3. Enhance Excel templates / data collection procedures, develop algorithms to support automation and build intelligence to ensure data process / accuracy
4. Perform data analysis from multiple sources and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency
5. Manage contract repository and ensure contract validity
6. Coordinator for ad-hoc activities, projects and reporting requirement for Global Commodity Management team

Qualifications:

1. University Degree or equivalent
2. Minimal 2-3 years strong knowledge/experience of Procurement or Supply Chain
3. Discreet and able to handle private and confidential information
4. Capability to deal efficiently and effectively with Suppliers
5. Proficient with statistics and data analysis (familiar with coding Microsoft SharePoint applications)
6. Produce high quality work – good accuracy, effective and consistent
7. Good command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel (VBA / Macros) and PowerPoint
8. Knowledge in Power BI (is an advantage)
9. Effective in communicating and collaborating with internal and external people
10. A team player & strong inter-personal skill
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Must)
