Our client is from Healthcare Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East- transport provided.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and nurture a team of warehouse personnel, overseeing daily operations, recruitment, and training initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock management.
• Conduct thorough investigations into inventory and shipment discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
• Review, update, and maintain relevant procedures and documentation, providing timely training when needed.
• Supervise and manage departmental procurement activities.
• Conduct periodic system testing, simulations, and validations.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any relavant field.
• Min 3 years of working experience in leadership.
• Experience in Supply Chain industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• To conduct sourcing for potential suppliers of Information Communication Technology products and services, Installation and Systems Integration services.
• To conduct all Tender Processes and Processing of Purchase Order in accordance to Corporate Governance Regulations.
• To carry out price analysis and conduct purchase / contract negotiation with vendors to ensure materials / services are acquired at best pricing.
• To hasten suppliers for prompt deliveries in the orders.
• To ensure department KPI met.
• Generation of Purchase Order and process change order/s.
• Liaise with respective Division/s and other functional personnel.
• Provide regular feedback on material or services status to requestors.
• Any other procurement matters assign from time to time.

• Mon – Fri; 8.30am – 6pm

Requirements:​

• Diploma/ bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or IT / Infocomm Engineering.
• Experience and knowledge in Information Communication Technology products and services, Installation and Systems Integration services in Procurement / Sales / Marketing is preferred.
• Additional Diploma in Purchasing Management is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of financial and legal terms affecting purchasing is preferred.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to engage suppliers at all levels to negotiate effectively.
• Confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds.
• Good sourcing skill and has strong people skills.
• A good team player, a person with integrity, mature and self-motivated​
