Job Description:
• Manage the sourcing and procurement scope of indirect commoditiesrelated to IT, R&D , consulting, facilities management, transportationand logistics, temporary labor services, travel, site services etc
• Drive the quotation processes, define evaluation criteria, identifyand select suppliers, execute the evaluation process, refine andvalidate sourcing and purchasing options, manage buy-in of keystakeholders
• Manage contract information and negotiate with vendors to obtain thebest possible terms to ensure that portfolio has consistent informationand renewals or termination due date are under control
• Responsible to execute Purchasing functions in compliance with globalinitiatives, standard procurement processes, procedures and policies
• Drive Suppliers evaluation and manage claims management
• Recommend process improvements and develops continuous improvementtools
• Continually look for ways to exceed customer’s expectations, increaseefficiency implement better processes and achieve cost savings globally
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or a relatedfield
• Relevant experience in SAP , Ariba or other tools is preferred
• With 5 to 8 years or more experience in the Indirect Procurement
• Self management , self motivated
