Job Scope:

• Handle full spectrum of Purchasing duties including inventory planning, sourcing, comparing and negotiating prices with suppliers, inventory analysis and planning, load stock orders and tracking delivery dates, processing of purchase documents and incoming goods
• Provide sales and purchasing support in terms of keying sales orders, preparing sales invoices and credit notes, ensuring paperwork is filed properly.
• Prepare monthly financial and operations reports and analysis.
• Process sales/purchase orders, tax invoices and coordinate on local deliveries and overseas shipments.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and filing of all necessary financial records.
• Ad hoc accounts monitoring and other duties as and when required.

Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting
• Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficient with MS Office application and use of accounting software
• Good sense of responsibility and attentive to details
• Work under stress and tight deadlines

Job Description:

Our Inventory Support will be responsible for the store management and inventory control, which includes:

• In charge of physical inventories, stocks and warehouse storage
• Issuance of component, stocks and tools, including replenish stocks at refill station
• Receiving of stocks and containers
• Handling inter-company stock transfer, which involves consolidating stock transfer slip and recording them in system
• Arranging for rework and repacking
• Raising requisition for monthly refill station, non-standard item or any adhoc request
• Maintaining the accurate records in excel database and physical stocks
• Conducting inventory stock counts
• Ensuring all goods are stored properly and adhere to organisational standards
