Responsibilities:
- Update spend cube files for direct and indirect spend with assurance on data accuracy
- Weekly, Monthly data analysis, tracking and reporting
- Weekly tracking of saving and other procurement initiatives
- Initiate regular categorization updates of direct and indirect spend data (incl. approval process of re-categorization)
- First point of contact for spend data requests with direct access to necessary IT systems
- Develop and maintain Procurement Power BI Dashboards (i.e. Vendor Scorecard, Purchasing Data) including user access management, training and onboarding.
- Be in close alignment with the procurement community to identify data analytics improvement areas and taking action to execute them
- Key contact point for all the Procurement tools : Provalido, Power BI
- Develop Procurement monthly report in co-ordination with leadership team, Support VP TE for all the presentations to the management
- Develop Procurement Bi-Weekly report in co-ordination with leadership team for the procurement leadership meeting
- Data analysis support to Procurement leader team on strategic initiatives

Qualififcations & Competences
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in either Business Commerce, Economics, Administration or related discipline
- Experience: 3+ Years in business analytics. Highly advance knowledge in excel data analysis will be required. Experience in working with SAP will be a distinct advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting. Highly independent and able to handle ambiguity.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present finding clearly and effectively.
- Problem solving skills: Ability to approach challenges creatively and develop effective solutions.
