Lead in Quantity Surveying services including contract advisory to Project Managers/Users on managing infrastructure project..
Key responsibilities:
- Lead in Quantity Surveying services including contract advisory to Project Managers/Users on managing infrastructure projects across NUHS Cluster.
- Provide Project Management support role for renovation projects under NUHS Cluster.
- Provide support on the following:
- Drafting on infrastructure procurement documents including refine the infrastructure procurement policies & procedure.
- Management of funding and cash flow for NUHS infrastructure projects.
- Analysis and compile cost data for infrastructure projects under NUHS including liaising with Project Managers/Users.
- Support on internal & external audit including liaising with the Project Managers, stakeholders and MOHH.
- Compile a registry of consultations, queries and feedback on procurement policies, standard contract documents and contract administration processes/templates for periodic review and improvement.
- Organising of trainings for professional growth and practise.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Building or Project Management for infrastructure projects.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and/or government projects will be an advantage.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from a recognised university in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or other relevant construction related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications eg. MS Words, Powerpoint and Excel.
