Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Procurement Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing procurement tasks, including communicating with suppliers, handling orders, and managing logistics for our lighting products. The ideal candidate should have strong language skills in both English and Mandarin, with an ability to effectively collaborate across cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers in Europe and China to make purchases and negotiate terms.

• Review and verify proforma invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.

• Coordinate with the sales team to provide product information and clarifications on orders.

• Obtain shipping quotes and coordinate shipping arrangements for orders.

• Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistics issues.

• Assist in maintaining an organized and up-to-date record of all orders, invoices, and shipping details.

• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to support product inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong command of both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).

Roles and Responsibilities:

This role requires individual to work independently and with team members within a growing SME.

The roles and responsibility notwithstanding the following:

- Assist in overseeing the daily procurment & administration work

- Provide administrative support to daily operations work

- Data entry and updating of records to system

- Coordinate with product and document deliveries based on existing procedures and customer’s requirements

Job Description:

1. Support local warehouse inbound operations (receiving photos, storing relevant documents and updating inventory list)
2. Support local warehouse outbound operations (preparing delivery note, storing the relevant documents, tracking the time received by end user as per SLA requirements, delivery arrangement, updating inventory list)
3. Support local warehouse return operations (following up the pick & pack according on the requested return list, storing the relevant packing photos, updating the pack list with dimension and weight, arranging the courier service for international delivery)
4. Assist on operating various type of WMS system

Job Requirements:

1. Have basic knowledge on warehouse operations which are inbound process, outbound process, return process etc.
2. Skilled in the use of Microsoft based operating systems, MS Office.
3. Able to communicate effectively in English or Chinese.

• Responsible for the optimization of ASO of the company's products in Google Play and App Store, aiming to improve the conversion rate and natural volume of users' downloads
• Responsible for ASO data analysis, giving optimization suggestions and formulating corresponding strategies
• Responsible for the ASO strategy research and analysis of competing products, grasp the current status of products and operations, and put forward demands
• Formulate ASO optimization plan according to different product characteristics and market feedback
• Responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of ASO work, establish a work process, and coordinate relevant departments to implement the project
• Be sensitive to the rules and any changes of Google Play and App Store, have a deeper understanding of the new features of the store, and apply them to the actual work;
• Developing App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies to ensure that all relevant apps appear at the top of the search results in all applicable App stores
• Create and implement best-in-class ASO strategies to increase the conversion rates on the app stores, maximize our apps’ visibility and increase downloads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in ASO with strong expertise in mobile apps.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile digital marketing and ASO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytic tools.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask.
