Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with users on part withdraw or dispatch from store.
- To check incoming new spare parts to receiving store.
- Report to supervisor on the spare part issue.
- Work with store team and internal purchaser for any inquiry regarding spare parts status in the store.
- Send spare part withdrawal report to the department by requirement.
- Maintaining the store 5S, includes Stock take activities
Job Requirements:
- Min. Nitec and above with or without relevant experience
- Reliable and Positive work attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- General store documentation experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in logistic / Warehouse will be added advantage
- Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur), 8am to 5pm (Friday)
