Quality Control: Checking the quality of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet the required standards. Reporting any damaged or defective items and working with suppliers or manufacturers to resolve issues.

Space Management: Optimizing the use of warehouse space to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of items. This includes organizing stock, implementing shelving systems, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Communication: Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations. Providing regular updates on inventory levels and addressing any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

• Able to start within short notice period.

• Able to speak English and Chinese (Need to communication with China suppliers and forwarders)

• Basic of logistics, with working knowledge of warehousing, receiving, and shipping functions. We have provide traning and leaning skill.

• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Scope

• Receiving goods, inspect, verify, and ensure goods are stored orderly and properly in respective assigned locations.
• Pick and pack as well as receive for outgoing/incoming orders/shipment.
• Issuing goods or parts as requested via CMMS.
• Perform inventories cycle count as per Preventive Maintenance set in CMMS.
• Maintain Inventories accuracy and up to date and stock take.
• Operate mobile Tablet and PC-based systems.
• Perform general warehouse housekeeping.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by immediate Supervisor.

Requirement

• Min NITEC in relevant discipline (eg logistics)
