ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducts daily QC checks on raw materials, packaging materials, in process control and finished product.
• Prepare and release labels when required.
• Ensure batch records are properly completed and documented. Maintaining batch records.
• Coordinate with operations team for investigations on OOS, deviation and rejected products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Facilitate corrections and revisions as needed, following established procedures.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, including regulatory inspection.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements related to QC checks and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in related fields
• Working experience in quality control positions is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare logistics, or relevant experience will be advantageous.
• A team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
