• Coordinate purchasing activities and maintain a safety stock level following company guideline.
• Prepare purchase orders and documents using MYOB system.
• Coordinate and liaise with requestor and supplier in the purchasing process and monitor the deliveries to ensure all items arrive as planned.
• Resolve vendor’s defects, shortages and missing product.
• Coordinate with oversea suppliers and forwarders for incoming shipments and liaise with internal department to complete the declaration and payment.
• Maintain approved supplier / vendor list, procurement master file and relevant documents in soft copies and hard copies.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 to 2 years in purchasing & shipping knowledge
• Proficient in MYOB system will be advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Managing the deployment of machinery to construction worksite, handling the day to day construction material and equipment to support the work site. Inventory the storage equipment and materials. Monitoring the maintenance regime for all the heavy machineries and others construction equipment. Able to supervise and control foreign workers at store and workshop for daily work activity.

1. Receive and check accuracy of incoming goods upon arrival to warehouse storage facilities
2. Perform administrative work relevant to warehousing (Such as recording, organising and storing goods)
3. Perform stocktakes at regular intervals and ensure accuracy of Stock Quantity
4. Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored in accordance to rules and regulations
5. Ensure products are safely handled and packed according to requirements
6. Preparing, dispatching and loading goods out of the warehouse for local and international orders
7. Daily Housekeeping activities
8. All other duties assigned as deemed necessary for the operations of the warehouse
