• Minimum of  3 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry
• Strong knowledge in Food & Beverage categories and suppliers. 
• Strong working knowledge on Negotiation and Procurement Policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Possess leadership skill in managing a team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be running the Warehousing Department and supporting the Operations Department in full spectrum of warehousing operations and logistics administrative duties

Run, support & coordinate daily Ops and warehousing administration work and inventory and supplier orders processing

Communicate with suppliers, logistics and cargo partners in their orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updates

Able to do inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the POS and Warehouse system.

Obtaining freight charges and raw materials charges

Handle and process enquiries and orders or stock processing

Receive invoices and review for accuracy, invoice matching, preparation of quotations and invoices, filing, data compilation etc when necessary.

Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

Maintain and order office supplies

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned to you by your superior or Management

Job requirements

Strong team player with initiative and high level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure.

Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and proactive.

Able to cope well in a dynamic and challenging work environment as well as with stress and demanding work schedules.

Meticulous, highly motivated and well organized with a sense of urgency.
