• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely recording of procurement-related transactions.

Job Holder Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Purpose

• Lead a team of warehouse Supervisor & Coordinators.
• Plan, assign and direct the overall warehouse operation and activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and systems to support warehouse operations and compliance requirements via the WMS.
• Utilise the WMS to track and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and storage locations within the warehouse. Coordinate with warehouse staff to address discrepancies, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Process inbound and outbound orders, to facilitate quotations, accurately and efficiently using the WMS, ensuring timely delivery to customers. • Source and Procure Materials: Responsible for sourcing materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in line with specifications;

Procurement Manager, Up $6K

Duration: 11 Months Contract

Location: Pasir Panjang

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely advice to the users to ensure that procurement activities are conducted in the most effective and efficient manner, and to provide guidance on contract management matters
• Review procurement submissions, including sourcing documents, recommendation papers, and any other related tasks
• Support the Procurement team in the development, implementation and improvement of procurement policies and processes
• Work as a team on digitalisation projects such as Robotic Process Automation to automate repetitive processes
• Perform data analysis to recommend trend-based improvements (e.g. demand aggregation) and to aid in decision-making
• Develop dashboards with procurement trends, forecasts and KPIs for management reporting and recommend early intervention where necessary
• Develop and maintain systems or programmes to increase user procurement knowledge
