• Organize and manage contract commencement meetings with vendors.
• Conduct final account assessments for contract closure with vendors before contract expiration.
• Oversee the knowledge and record management of maintenance term contract documents.
• Collect and distribute assessments of term contractors.
• Analyze results from term contractor assessments.
• Work closely with Facilities Managers and Managing Agents on vendor management and post-contract issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on vendor management, including managing regular meetings with term contractors.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to contract and vendor management.
• Perform administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
• Support the Manager, Cost and Vendor, and other team members as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Facilities Management.
• At least 3 years of experience in contract management or procurement within the building facilities sector.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, financial terms, and budgeting.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic in managing work processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in creating presentations, organizational communications, and business cases.
• Familiarity with e-sourcing tools such as Ariba, Acubuy, and SAP is a plus.
