We are looking for Pharmacy Logistics / Warehouse Assistant to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry

Job Description:

• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of medications.
• Perform quality checks on medication packages.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
• Potential assignment to GMP Room or Cold Room for specialized tasks.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or Diploma in any field
• Demonstrates strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with superiors and colleagues.
• Shows proactive willingness to embrace innovation and adapt to changes.
• Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) are advantageous

The Successful Applicant

• Qualifications and Experience: Must hold a degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Skills and Knowledge: Should possess strong strategic sourcing, tendering, contract management, negotiation, and governance skills. Familiarity with e-procurement software such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Zycus is preferred.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Must exhibit excellent communication and persuasive abilities, with proven skills in contract negotiation and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to support business goals.
• Innovation and Collaboration: Needs to be resourceful and motivated, with a talent for driving innovation and championing change. Should work well in collaborative settings to achieve successful outcomes.

Job Description:

• Support site selection and business case development
• Provide input to decisions around site leasing, lease negotiations, landlord requirements and project management
• Manage new outlets opening / refurbishment project plans, coordinating interior design for restaurants, kitchen layout planning and service contracts with suppliers, scheduling and arranging for opening of new restaurant, including statutory requirements
  * Includes obtaining various licenses
• Manage the pipelines of store development works (new stores, refurbishment & closure)
• Closely coordinating & liaising with GM/Ops Manager in “Repair & Maintenance” of outlets with close advised and direction from direct superior.
  *Includes emergency repairs, etc.
• Keeping file and updating of all existing outlets expiry lease dates.
• Keeping file on all sites visited and surveyed for references purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in sales, marketing, business administration, or any related field.
• Prior experience as a F&B business development executive.
• Ability to generate revenue by identifying new business opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to convince potential clients.
