• Closely monitor production plan conformance and output. Feedback concerns on production progress and closely work with Supervisor and other stakeholders on their concerns with the plan
• Closely monitor liquid delivery production and shipment plan to ensure order fulfillment
• Constantly monitor inventory and feedback concerns on inventory level and any out-of-stock situations
• Work closely with respective suppliers on the call off plan of packaging materials and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (BC internal & suppliers) on supply issues and complaints on product supplied

• Min Diploma/ Degree with min 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Conduct & reconcile weekly cycle counts, ensure accuracy of WMS system transactions of finished goods, raw materials & packaging items.
• Manage inventory disposals of damaged, excess and obsolescence products according to local chemical regulations.

• Possess a valid forklift & reach truck license.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
• Experienced in inventory system like WMS or SAP would be advantageous.
